NICTA has entered into a relationship with Cadence that allows NICTA to offer their software to certain Australian companies at a significantly reduced price.  There are some limitations; the company has to be a new Cadence customer, must be using the tools for their own designs (i.e. not a contract designer) and has to be below a certain size.
